Fees  

Handley Ave receives some funding from the NSW Government via the Department of Community Services. Usually this covers about 25% of the kindergartens operating expenses, the rest is derived from term fees. Each year the term fees are set by the Board of Management. Term fees invoices are e-mailed to parents in the final weeks of the previous term and are due the first week of the new term. The late fee charge will take effect if fees are not paid on time. Pymble Turramurra Kindergarten is a REGISTERED provider with CENTRELINK. This means that our parents gain a flat rate of approx 60 cents per hour (NOT the Government 50% rebate as per a child care centre) Child Care Benefit.

The Board understands that there are circumstances which can make meeting term fees difficult. There are options (paying by instalments, fee relief) to ease this burden for those families; it is important that you contact the Board as soon as possible to make arrangements. The fee structure is as follows:

  2 day groups $1,035.00 per term Payable by the end of the first week of term
  3 day groups $1,552.50 per term Payable by the end of the first week of term
  Annual maintenance levy $70 Payable on commencement at the preschool
  Waiting list application $20 This non-refundable fee is payable upon being accepted onto the waiting list
  Non-refundable enrolment fee $200

This annual fee applies to all enrolments (both new and continuing). It includes the anual $3 PTK Membership Association fee
