Being a community kindy, policies are writen and ratified by members of the board in an effort to ensure the smooth consistant operation of the faciltiy by the director and staff. Policies also assist parents and others who interact with the kindy in knowing what our rules, regulations, expected behaviour and code of conduct is.

You are welcome to contact the director and ask for our policy on any specific topic, or browse this website under the relevant heading to read specific policies.

Complaints and suggestions: If you would like to make a suggestion, comment or complaint about a matter at the Kindergarten the following avenues are available to you;

• Raise the issue with your child’s teacher or make an appointment to discuss the issue with the Director.
• Discuss the matter with a Committee member.
• Fill in a suggestion form and place it in the suggestion box, located in the foyer at the Parent Library. The suggestion will then be discussed at the next Board meeting. Suggestions may be lodged anonymously. However, signed submissions will receive a written reply shortly after the Board meeting.
